PCR resins, derived from recycled plastics sourced from industry or households, typically lose some of their appeal after being injected, necessitating the addition of virgin resins in some cases. However, this is not the case when using with Roctool's Heat and Cool Injection Technology.

Roctool, the client, requested the design of a smart TV router housing utilizing recycled plastic while highlighting the superb performance of their heat and mold technology for creating stunning surfaces and sleek shapes that make the recycled plastic more appealing. In this project, I was responsible for developing the concept, creating the 3D model, and designing an attractive surface. As a result, the client received a product ready for injection molding. In summary, I managed the entire process from the initial concept to the final design, which was prepared for manufacturing.
